Laid in a rectilinear pattern and surrounded by sculpted greenery, the courtyard, creates a warm and welcoming visual ‘destination’ for visitors when they first arrive in the driveway and can’t yet see the front door. Unilock Artline pavers, laid in a running bond pattern, lead up a long walkway towards the courtyard. Bordered with Town Hall, the walkway widens partway and then narrows again, adding visual interest and inviting visitors to pause and enjoy the garden.

Solar lighting illuminates the path at night, culminating the expansive front porch area. A modest elevation change defines the cozy seating area
and makes it feel like its own outdoor ‘room,’ with additional square footage for the homeowners to enjoy.
