The eating area of this project features a striking black pergola, adjacent to a large, L-shaped grill island. Nearby, the lounge area is sunken to create a cozy vibe around a sleek firepit. A low wall borders the area on two sides and provides extra seating during large parties.

Unilock Artline pavers were laid on a 45 degree angle in both these areas, using a mix of smooth and brushed Il Campo textures for a distinctly modern feel. This is enhanced by the linear design of Unilock Lineo on the vertical features (firepit, seat walls, pillars and grill island). From the back door, a set of Ledgestone steps lead to a T-shaped swath of Bristol Valley pavers that runs the length of the house and bisects the two outdoor ‘rooms’. Town Hall paver borders are the finishing touch to this rectilinear project.
